Burnt Ends (KC Royalty)
Often called “meat candy,” these are the crown jewel of Kansas City barbecue. Double-smoked brisket cubes with rich bark, rendered fat, and deep flavor in every bite.
We don’t half-ass them — we do ‘em proper.
Kansas City-Style Brisket
Smoked low and slow, finished with a rich bark and deep flavor. Our KC approach keeps the fat trimmed, the meat tender, and the smoke dialed in.
Pulled Pork
Classic KC-style pork shoulder — dry-rubbed, smoked for hours, and pulled by hand. Sauced or dry, it hits hard either way.
Signature Sauces & Cheese Fondues
House-made BBQ sauces and elevated cheese sauces, including pepper jack cream and smoky gouda fondue — made to pair perfectly with your meats.
Ribs
Whether it’s baby backs or St. Louis cut, our ribs are true KC-style: rubbed heavy, smoked slow, and kissed with glaze to finish
BBQ Chicken
Bone-in thighs and quarters, smoked until juicy and flavorful. Finished with optional glaze for that signature KC shine.
Sliders
Brisket, pulled pork, or chicken sliders with optional pepper jack cream or smoked gouda fondue. A perfect add-on for events or small bites.
